Privacy policy

Short version: we collect only what we need to tell you when your swimsuit is ready, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted at any time.

What we collect when you join the waitlist

• Your email address.
• The style, colour, sizes and cut you chose, and your age range if you choose to give it.
• A personal invite code, and the code of the friend who invited you, if any.
• The date you signed up.

Why

• To email you when your style is available, and with waitlist news you agreed to receive.
• To plan production: how many of each size and cut to make.
• To run invite rewards.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is stored and for how long

Sign-ups are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which may process data outside Switzerland under appropriate safeguards. We keep it until 12 months after launch or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Cookies and tracking

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your cart, currency and invite code locally on your device; this never leaves it except when you submit a form.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe, at any time: email hello@shimmeringsunshine.com or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We never sell or rent your data.
